About Dr. Pen M8 – Nano Pin Cartridge/Needle
Nano needling is an excellent option for those looking to enhance serum penetration deep into the skin and to address swelling or pore size reduction. It offers a pain-free experience, requires no downtime, and can be performed on a weekly basis.
The nano needles are extremely fine, measuring about a third of the thickness of a human hair, and only penetrate the uppermost skin layer (stratum corneum). This process helps improve the absorption of topical products, giving your skin a radiant glow.
Each cartridge is made from stainless steel and coated with a thin layer of silicon, promoting collagen production and allowing better serum absorption. For hygiene and safety, nano needle cartridges are intended for single use only. Reusing them is not advised.

The 36-pin cartridges are ideal for individuals with sensitive skin or those looking to treat larger skin areas through dermal needling. Each cartridge is sterilized and packaged, with needles crafted from high-grade stainless steel.
These cartridges are designed for one-time use only. To prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety, do not use the cartridge for more than one dermal needling treatment.
About Dr. Pen M8 – 16 Pin Cartridge/Needle
Exclusive to the M8 and A6S Ultima models, the 16-pin cartridges are optimal for treating smaller, more targeted areas. The needles are crafted from high-quality titanium and surgical steel, ensuring precision and safety during the procedure.
These 16-pin cartridges feature ultra-fine needles with a 0.18mm gauge, offering accurate application to the skin. Each cartridge is sterile-packed, and like others, is for single use only. Using a new cartridge for each session ensures sharpness and prevents potential skin damage caused by dull needles.
How to Use:
It is crucial to sterilize dermal needling cartridges before each use to maintain a safe and hygienic treatment. Follow these steps for proper sterilization:
Gather all necessary sterilization materials: gloves, a 70%+ isopropyl alcohol solution, and a clean container for the solution.
Wear gloves to avoid contaminating the cartridges during the process.
Inspect the cartridge to ensure the needles are in perfect condition, without any bending or damage, and clear of debris.
Fill the container with the alcohol solution and submerge the cartridge needle into it for a few minutes.
If using an alcohol spray, spray the solution directly onto the needle head of the cartridge.
Once sterilization is complete, let the cartridge air dry before use.
The cartridge is now ready for a safe and effective dermal needling treatment.
