As a seasoned Pharmacist & Entrepreneur, I have had the privilege of spearheading numerous projects in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Aesthetic sectors since 2009. My professional journey reflects my proficiency as an Operations and Project Director, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and driving business growth. With a strong educational foundation in Pharmacy and Aesthetic Medicine, I have developed a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, execute strategic plans, and drive business expansion. As the Director of multiple aesthetic clinics across Pakistan since 2017, I have successfully developed and implemented business strategies that have resulted in significant growth and expansion. In 2020, I founded MEDSKLS, a premium aesthetic training program designed to empower young doctors and aestheticians with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish and scale their businesses.
My educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) degree from Riphah International University followed by M.Phil. in Pharmaceutics along with Executive MBA, which provided me with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences along with business and entrepreneurship. These qualifications have enabled me to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field and provide expert guidance to my clients.
With over 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Aesthetic sectors, I possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of these industries. My expertise spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare project management, aesthetic medicine, business development and entrepreneurship. I am well-versed in the latest trends, technologies and best practices, allowing me to provide valuable insights and strategic guidance to my clients.

Professor Dr. Muhammad Zaman Ashraf is a distinguished academic and researcher with 16 years of experience in drug development and organic/medicinal chemistry. Currently, he serves as Full Professor and Head of the Chemistry Department at Rawalpindi Women University (RWU), Rawalpindi, Pakistan. His leadership roles extend to Chairing the Board of Studies, Curriculum Review, and PhD Launching Committee, and membership in the Senior Management Committee, Board of Faculty, and Academic Council at RWU.
Dr. Zaman Ashraf has an impressive research portfolio, with over 105 publications in reputable international journals. He has secured grant funding exceeding PKR 3 million and organized international chemistry conferences and symposia. As a sought-after speaker, he has delivered invited talks at national and international conferences. His supervisory experience includes guiding 6 PhD and over 40 MPhil research scholars.
In addition to his academic duties, Dr. Zaman Ashraf serves as Convener of the Technical Evaluation Committee and member of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for research activities at RWU. He is also responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the chemicals/glassware store and serves as a member of the Purchase Committee for chemicals, glassware, and equipment. Furthermore, he holds the position of Superintendent of Examinations for the Chemistry Department at AIOU Islamabad.
Zeeshan Rafique is a qualified pharmacist who has passionately pursued the science and art of cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulation since earning his degree in 2009. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Zeeshan has carved a niche for himself in the development, stabilization, and innovation of dermatological and cosmetic products.
Throughout his career, he has successfully formulated and stabilized hundreds of products including serums, creams, ointments, gels, and targeted treatment-based cosmetics. His work spans a wide range of therapeutic and aesthetic categories, reflecting not just technical expertise but a deep understanding of skin physiology and patient-specific needs.
What sets Zeeshan apart is his unique philosophy toward formulation: he believes that it is more than just a scientific process—it is a delicate blend of chemistry, creativity, and care. For him, each formulation must not only meet clinical and regulatory benchmarks but also resonate with the culture, climate, and lifestyle of the community it serves. He advocates for personalized, purposeful skincare—products that are both stable and effective, and that deliver real, lasting results.
Now serving as the lead formulation scientist for Skin & Soul and MEDSKLS Apothecary, Zeeshan brings his wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality to every product developed. His goal is to ensure that every formulation reflects a high standard of scientific integrity, skin compatibility, and visible transformation—redefining how skincare is designed and delivered in Pakistan and beyond.
Dr. Muhammad Amer Saleem is a seasoned dermatologist and skin health expert with over 10 years of clinical and academic experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and skin research. He currently serves as Consultant Dermatologist at Prestige Aesthetics, where he leads the dermatology division with a focus on personalized treatment protocols, research-based skin care, and patient-centered practice.
With more than 15 research publications in national and international medical journals, Dr. Amer has actively contributed to dermatological science. His work covers a wide range of topics, including acne-related psychological health, pigmentation disorders, microneedling, PRP therapy, and the dermatological impact of COVID-19. His research has been recognized and awarded at global platforms such as Dubai Derma 2019, where he secured top honors for his original contributions.
Dr. Amer has held roles in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership. His diverse experience spans top medical institutions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, including Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi, Shifa International Hospital Islamabad, and Wahat Al Shifa Medical Center Madinah. He has performed numerous aesthetic procedures with precision, including chemical peels, PRP, microneedling, UVB therapy, and advanced dermatological surgeries.
His academic achievements include an FCPS in Dermatology, MRCP (UK), and multiple certifications in dermatological research and procedural training. In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Amer has participated in workshops on hair transplant techniques, fat grafting, and immunohistochemistry, enhancing his skill set to meet modern aesthetic and medical dermatology demands.
